I highly recommend you guys start from the beginning and read it all. Obviously you won't have the same experiences, but you will get a feel for what to expect (in extreme cases). Familiarize yourself with places and names, they will come up quite often

If you can, please bring me back Swartz's Beer from Macquerie Hotel:
1) Wild wheat
2) Bavarian Red
3) Diggers special

If you can't find them, consider James Squire Beer (Porter Especially)


And, visit all the breweries...It's worth it.
